Research and Development

Our R&D department was renamed as R&D centre in June 2006. It focuses on the research and development of fuel injection equipment of diesel engine. With a total staff of 16, there are senior engineer 4, secondary 8 and primary 4. In recent years, with the application of software such as CAD/CAM, the centre has developed and produced more than 60 new products, in which, Pencil Injector Series, Injector 8N7005 are the most popular products in the international market. At the same time, the centre developed and produced 168F, 178F and 186F fuel injector and pump assembly, the most ideal green environmental protection products.

The company has more than 390 sets equipment for R&D, including 1 set international standard ZOS STUDER grinding machine, 4 sets ZK9303 CNC spray-hole drill press, 2 sets precision centerless grinding machine imported from Taiwan, 1 set microform CNC EDM machine imported from Switzerland, 2 sets TG30 CNC machines, 2 sets liquid grinding machines and 2 sets vacuum quenching furnace.
